10 Ways to Find Your Million-Dollar Idea (and 6 Things to Avoid) (Part 2/2)

There's a reason "boring" businesses like cleaning and dog sitting quietly mint millionaires while flashy YouTube channels flame out — and Justin Williams is here to explain why! In this part 2 of a 2-part episode, Justin runs through his final five ways to land on a money-making idea: tapping your personal network (and actually giving before you ask), earning while you learn through jobs or internships, stacking a leverageable skill like AI or marketing, picking a business type first and reverse-engineering your topic and go-to-market from there, and building a true "money model" or flywheel where every dollar spent acquiring a customer comes back with interest. He also rattles off 14 business models to consider — from e-commerce and coaching to home services, reselling, rentals, and media — sharing what he loves about each and exactly where he's seen people get burned. Expect real talk on niching down, why home service businesses might be the most underrated wealth-builder out there, and personal stories about his kids' ventures, from dog boarding to AI-powered side hustles, plus reflections on the family's journey from $120,000 in debt to returning home to Utah 21 years later!
